With standard programs ranging f= rom “Test and Inspect” to “Full Maintenance”, we can = work together to provide a consistently comfortable working environment with minimum downtime and lower operating costs. “Test and Inspect”= – Aire Design Systems technicians will visually inspect each covered piece of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition. Performance measurements (temperatures, pressures, electrical measurements, etc.) will be compared= to manufacturer’s specifications to pinpoint problems before they occur. A written report for each piece of equipment will detail our findings and recommendations allowing you to schedule repair/replacement when it makes sense for your schedule and your budget. “Full Maintenance”= – Let Aire Design Systems take the worry out of the HVAC needs of y= our facility. Under the “= Full Maintenance” program, your equipment will be inspected both visually and mechanically to ensure it is performing at or above manufacturers specifications. If problems= are found, they are repaired and the repairs are covered! NO WORRIES!
